2. Accuracy of Information

Dispute notices are formatted around user-provided data and relevant provisions under RBI Circular RBI/2023-24/72. Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying the factual accuracy of their drafted letter before submitting it to institutions.

3. Limitation of Liability

FixMyCIBIL is not liable for outcomes, investigations, or operational delays caused by banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or credit bureaus.
