We collect your phone number and the uploaded credit report file strictly for error extraction, account linking, and legal notice generation.

2. Processing & Storage

Uploaded documents are processed securely via transient API pipelines and stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party lenders or marketing platforms.

3. Payment Information

All transaction data is processed directly by PCI-DSS certified gateway partners (Razorpay). We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
