FixMyCIBIL offers digital, instantly generated legal dispute notices.

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundability

Because service delivery occurs immediately upon successful payment through document generation and download, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

2. Technical Failure Exceptions

If your account is charged ₹99 but our platform fails to deliver the dispute notice due to a verified server or generation failure, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

To request a refund for a technical failure, email support@fixmycibil.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and registered phone number. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
